  1. Clicking on the "female" tab on any piece of clothing that has different versions no longer does anything. E.g. http://www.tswdb.com/cosmetics/clothing/uniforms/panoptic-core
  2. Now that the clothing section is getting fuller I'd like to make some suggestions to make it easier to use: Add gender icons to each list, similar to collections (perhaps without the image links to keep it compact). Add a filter by gender. Add a filter by (partial) name. If it's not too much strain on the server or bandwidth, add a grid view with thumbnails.
  3. I see you've been experimenting further. I think the grid view looks much better now without the fade effect. Colors look much nicer and it's easier to compare items.
  4. I would keep list view as the default, at least until there's way to filter by item name. But consider adding a way to save a preference?
  5. Looks good. The darker background gives it a cleaner aesthetic. The wider padding works better when there are only two thumbnails per row than it does with a full row. One thing that still bothers me about the entire cosmetics section is the faded out look of images unless you hover over them or view the full-sized image. This works well enough for pages where the images are meant to blend in, but not so much when the image is the centerpiece. Just my personal opinion, of course.
  6. Grid view looks great. That little zoom effect on mouse over is a nice touch!
  7. Part 1: How do you want to handle clothing that is "matching" but not released as a matching set from the same source? For example, turtleneck sweaters and turtleneck shirts, which depending on gender, come from up to four different sources. Suggestion: We don't even try to match them up and treat them as entirely different items instead of a gendered set. Perhaps label the event clothing so that it stands out in the list? "Turtleneck sweater, black (Whispering Tide)"? Part 2: How do you want to handle items that have the same name but look different? For example, there's a "Bikini top, purple" available from Pangaea, and another "Bikini top, purple" from the Item Store. Suggestion: Same as above, label the Item Store version differently.
  8. There's a "Turtleneck shirt, blue" (f) from the Whispering Tide event, but no sweater. Those only come in beige, black, brown, green, grey, orange and red (from Pangaea). Edit to add: The female Pangaea and Whispering Tide turtlenecks are already listed. I'm planning on adding the ones from Mabli Mire soon.
  9. I think only three turtleneck sweaters actually clash. "Turtleneck sweater, black", "Turtleneck sweater, red" and "Turtleneck sweater, green", where the female versions are permanently available from Pangaea and the male versions were only available from the Whispering Tide event. (Edit to add: This is why I suggested labelling the event items differently to distinguish them.) The "Turtleneck shirts" (female) from the Whispering Tide event are different colors than the ones available from Mabli Mire on Wednesdays.
  10. Perhaps add an "ALL" button that's on by default and gets turned off when you click on any of the other buttons? Same basic functionality but a little clearer presentation?
  11. You're right, my bad. On second thought, I think my confusion stemmed from the fact that the default state for those buttons is "all off", which is the same as "all on" in that it shows everything.
  12. It looks like the gender filters aren't working properly on pages that don't have a unisex button. The only combination that changes anything is male large (on?), female small (off?), which only shows male items. Every other combination shows items for both genders.
  13. Similar to how the in-game wardrobe works, a text box where you can enter a full or partial name of an item and the list will be filtered to show only matching items.
  14. Build tabs broken?

The "Abilities", "Gear", "Rotation" etc. tabs no longer work for me. Builds seem to be permanently stuck on Abilities.
  15. Build tabs broken?

Thanks for the fix! That was quick.
  16. Hair styles?

Are hair styles something that could/should be added to the cosmetics section? Unlike make-up, all of the currently available styles are available for preview at Ockham's Razor, so I'm not sure if this would be a useful addition.
  17. I've uploaded pictures of the female Templar rank uniforms. If anyone has the male versions and wants to submit them, feel free to use my pics to complete the set. They're labelled with the rank number and uniform name.
  18. TSWDB contributions

Here's an uncropped shot of the location inside The Nursery that I've been using for most of my submissions: You can meet up with someone inside even if you don't have the quest. BTW: The "Wardrobe Name" field is too short for some items.
  19. Ghosts of characters past

I've noticed that a new character ID is generated every time you enter character creation (my TSW folder was full of them at one point!), even if you don't cancel the process. What happens to those "ghosts in the machine", do they still exist in some form?
  20. Toeing the line between players who overload their screens with mods to show them every bit of information the UI has to offer on one hand, and those who like to turn everything of to immerse themselves in the game world, how do you decide how much or how little information the UI shows by default?
  21. ... is there anything you would do completely differently?
  22. Why is there no chat log?

TSW has a combat log, but it's missing something as basic as a chat log. Why is that?
  23. Are there any plans to give us some control over how and where subtitles appear (colors, positioning), or maybe an option to have all NPC dialogues/monologues sent to the chat window?
  24. Some of oldest and most common requests regarding the UI center around the chat system, yet from what we heard, nobody wants to touch that with a ten-foot pole. Why is that?
